The smell of baking bread...

With any luck:-) I followed a link from Thicket Deller, tothis site. So many bread (well, flour... but I haven't looked further than the bread) recipes. And their primers (the Baking Tips link at the bottom).

And now I'm making bread... It's rising now (well, I hope it is, it's probably cooler than ideal). We'll see.
