Preparing for Pancakes

So, after re-reading my pancake posts from last year, I'm planning two batches with plain flour, four with self-raising, and one dairy free (I figure that'll be another SR batch). Does that cover everyone who's expecting to be there?

I'm also setting aside my milk bottles now:-)
