Icy poles

Peel, and mash a banana. Add about a cup of yoghurt. (I think this was about 2 cups of 'stuff' all up.) Mix well. Spoon into the molds, insert the lids, and place in the freezer.

For the future, use a bigger bowl, so that it's easier to mix without overflowing! A teaspoon is better for spooning the mix in. A bigger surface to work on would be better.
