Progress

We've done some reading. Paddington read 'Pigling Bland'. A fair amount of colour sorting (he keeps tipping all his crayons and pencils into one jug, so then there's sorting to return them to their correct homes.
Some peeling and chopping of vegetables.
Some singing (some? Almost non-stop, just as well Bilby also likes singing!)
A month or so ago I came across an activity for 'imprinting' correct notes. Given that Puggle is actually quite tuneful (far better than I was at 4 times his age, I'd guess!) I thought that might be worthwhile. I had some index cards, so I drew a different note on a staff on each of them, starting with middle C. (Of course, my texta ran out, so I'm doing the rest on the computer:-) ) We've been looking at middle C, playing it on the piano, singing along with it, and finding it on sheet music. He's quite interested!
We swam at Waterbabies, but missed Body Bees because I had a dental appointment.
He was really distracted during KinderClassics, we were at a different home and we forgot to put out paper for them to scribble on. They heard 'Lacernella Rubra' (Red Riding Hood) for the third and final time—and I've finally managed to remember the last words for 'Caput, Umerus, Genu et Digitus'!
