So, in my quest to be more prepared for this coming week, I was searching the web for information on wheat berries and I came across this site. For most entries, it includes substitutes... so now I'll probably just use bulgar wheat (which I have), instead of stressing about trying to find the real thing.

Now to see if they have any suggestions for dried blueberries... not sure I want to go to the effort of thawing some frozen ones, and then trying to dry them...
